Thats ridiculous, there should be a limit to how many times you can take the test, if you fail 25 times, you can't drive, simple as that!

If it was up to me, there should be a compulsary driving test every 20 years, there are some bad drivers on the road and a lot are elderly.

Same with foreign people, they just come over and convert thier licence. They should make them do a practical test first. Asians drive very differently than New Zealanders!
