Done this for someone on cardomain so may aswell post up on here aswell.

1. Remove screws above speedometer

2. Remove screw under heater control panel.

3. Tilt the steering wheel down and extend it out towards you.

4. Remove the plastic ignition cover surrounding the steering wheel column and the ignition.

5. Now thats gone, you will see 1 more screw on each side connected to the steering wheel surround.

6. On the panel where your knees are under the steering column, remove all top screws so it hangs down.

7. Now gently remove the steering wheel surround remembering that the heater control panel is connected, then just let it hang on the steering wheel column.

8. Now squeeze your head behind the heater control panel and on each corner of the control panel you will see a screw (4), using a small screw driver, remove the 4 screws.

9. Once screws removed, the heater control panel should slide out of the steering wheel surround.

10. Now thats out the way you can get to the speedometer.

11. A - If you just want to spray the speedometer plastics, simply remove the 4 screws holding the clear plastic then simply remove the plastics gently.

B - If you want to remove the whole speedmeter, simply remove the screws holding the speedomeer in place, once removed, gently pull out the speedometer.

B2 - Once you can reach behind the speedometer, pull out the 3 cables.
