| So why did you choose to buy a Celica? With me, i have always liked Toyotas over any other car make, they age well, plenty of parts available and look great. I also been a fan of the Celica since i was young, even now, i still watch rally videos on Youtube of the famous rally Celica. So when looking for a first car, i was torn between a ST18X Celica, BMW 3 Series or a MK1/2 Escort, they were the main ones i was after at the time. When it came down to it, i chose the Celica. Mainly because the 4WS and because it was red, although when i bought it, it was pink (faded red). I think the Celica's look great, perform ok for what they are, you get Toyota reliability and the interiors are great and well equipped. Was an easy choise really When i say Toyota reliability, i bought a lemon, has been a nuisance since day one So why did you choose to buy a Celica? | |

| When i first started looking for a Celica, i was actually looking for an ST202 or ZZT231. For the money i had, i couldn't afford a ZZT231 that i wanted and the only ST202 i could afford was one with problems.
So i ended up with an ST182. I didn't mind that though, i had always liked the look of these cars and it's in pretty good condition aswell so was a good buy in my opinion, i'm glad i bought it.

Sounded like music to my ears and looked like artwork. That was the moment i needed a Celica, still looking for the right one too come up

| I like celicas mainly because they are something a bit different and less common. You always see skylines, civics, integras being tuned u but never celicas.
I know they don't perform as well but they tick all the other boxes such as comfort, looks, reliability and the rest. And to be honest, they don't perform that bad. I think a Celica SS3 beams would give a DC2 integra a run for its money!
I bought mine due to the looks of the car. I love the front with the carbon fibre and the side lights. It's just waiting for some big wheels and to be lowered!

| Loved the look of the ST205, but couldnt get insured on one, so settled for the little AT200 instead, Then bought the ST185, which IMO is the best looking of the lot, blew the head gasket and went with out for a while. We decided to get a track car and a Celica was the only car id concider, even with over weightness I dont know what it is about them, but im hooked | |
